About the flat

Situated on Victoria Parade, you are only 100 metres from the beach and 20 metres from Victoria gardens and bandstand.

You will have your own private entrance, via eight steps, which leads into a hallway, for storage of all your shoes, outer wear, buckets and spades etc.

The spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas where up to five adults can relax, enjoy conversation, listen to music or watch a film. Freeview TV plus DVD are available.

Your dining table is set in the bay window and extends to seat six.

From the lounge, an inner hallway leads to all other rooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a full size oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar for that first meal of the day.

The main bedroom is at the front of the flat and the morning sun will hopefully awake you. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space, plus a small TV/Video.

Bedroom 2 has three single beds and again, there is loads of storage space. This room is spacious and can comfortably sleep adults or children.

Your large bathroom has a shower over the bath as well as a mixer bath/shower handset.

There is also a utility cupboard containing a washer dryer, iron and board etc. etc.

Everything you need to enjoy a break is in your flat – books, CDs, DVDs, local information and guides, even buckets and spades!...

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Gas and electricity are included within our rates.

There is ample parking for cars in Broadstairs although, at peak times, it does become busy. Free parking is only 3 minutes walk away (or less during evenings and on Sundays) or meter parking is available directly in front of the flat.
